When: January 16, 2010 ‐ installation of new officers in conjunction with the Commodore Joshua Barney‐John Eager Howard DAR meeting.

10:30 Meet and greet at the DAR; sisters will be present for their regular meeting; Pledge of Allegiance, reading of part of the Constitution.

10:45 SAR members adjourn upstairs for the installation of new officers of JEH Chapter 11:15 Return downstairs for a presentation about Old St Paul's Cemetery by guest speaker

Guest speaker: Ruth B. Mascari presentation on Old St. Paul’s Cemetery. Ruth is Baltimore born and raised, undergraduate degrees from McDaniel College, Master of Arts in History from the University of Arizona and post‐graduate courses in planning from Goucher College. Ruth currently works for the Maryland Emergency Management Agency as Deputy Director of Plans, supervising a staff of 14. She is an active participant in the Executive Board of County Historic Trust, Baltimore County Landmarks Preservation Committee, Baltimore County Historical Society and a published author in local history and historic preservation. Ruth is also a wealth of information on Old St. Paul's Cemetery ‐‐ she has most graciously consented to share her insights on the historical value of OSP.

The cost will be $8.50 per person. You may also bring your own sandwich and you are welcome to stay and join the luncheon festivities.
