118th Annual Congress Scheduled For Sacramento in July 5-9, 2008 at the Hyatt Regency
Delegates to the Annual Congress are allocated according to the membership of each State Society. State Presidents, National Trustees, General Officers and Former President Generals also have a vote here. Major policy directions and proposed resolutions are debated and voted upon. Many committees meet and plan programs, and National Officers are elected for the coming year. The finals for the National oration contest are a popular feature, many National prizes are awarded, the National Color Guard performs, and we have several gala dinners.
